Every GridMaker Pro purchase is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If Pro is not right for you — for any reason, or no reason at all — email us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@grid-maker.com (or use the contact page) from your purchase email.
2. Include your order number or the email you used at checkout.
3. We reply within 2 business days and process the refund to your original payment method.

After a refund

Your Pro unlock deactivates once the refund is processed. Files you exported before the refund are yours to keep and use — we are not going to chase you over PDFs.
